Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy Lessons must be booked in advance either online, by phone, or by direct arrangement with your instructor. A booking is only confirmed once payment or deposit has been received. We reserve the right to reschedule lessons if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, vehicle issues, or unsafe weather conditions. 2. Cancellation Policy Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate. Repeated short‑notice cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. 3. Refund Policy Prepaid lessons are refundable if unused, minus any lessons already taken and any applicable administrative fees. Refunds will not be issued for lessons already completed. Block bookings are non‑transferable unless agreed otherwise. 4. Lesson Policy Students must: Arrive on time and be ready to start. Bring a valid provisional or full driving licence. Wear suitable footwear. Inform the instructor of any medical or medication issues affecting driving. Instructors may refuse a lesson if a student appears unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence of alcohol or drugs). In such cases, the lesson fee will still be charged. 5. Safety Policy Safety is our top priority. Instructors will take control of the vehicle if necessary to prevent danger. Students must always follow instructor directions. Aggressive, reckless, or unsafe behaviour will result in termination of the lesson. 6. Pass Plus & Specialist Courses Specialist courses (including Pass Plus or night driving) must be booked directly with us to arrange suitable time slots. These sessions are subject to instructor availability. 7. Code of Conduct We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. We do not tolerate abusive language, discrimination, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward instructors or staff. Any such behaviour may result in termination of lessons without refund. 8. Late Arrival Policy If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If the instructor is late, the lost time will be added to the lesson or rescheduled. 9. Vehicle Use Training vehicles are fully insured for tuition purposes only. Students must not use the vehicle for any purpose other than instruction unless explicitly agreed. 10.
